This website is owned and operated by Baalika and offers visitors a view of the products for purchase at prices clearly mentioned in the respective pages. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

SHIPPING
Shipping is free within Bangalore. Outside Bangalore, shipping will cost Rs.100. For purchases above Rs.5000, shipping is free.
Our category of GST registration permits us to sell within the state of Karnataka. However, for customers outside Karnataka we will be selling through a dealer with the requisite GST registration. No GST will be levied for sale within or outside the state of Karnataka.
Purchases will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time of placing order. Delivery of the parcel can take anywhere between 3 and 10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.
Baalika is not responsible for any delays in delivery by India Speed post or the courier company. Shipping details will be sent to you by email or a whatsapp message, depending on the particulars/co-ordinates provided by you at the time of check out. Baalika is not responsible for your non-availability at the time of delivery of the parcel.
RETURNS POLICY

Kids’ wear is a complex domain involving several sizes, designs and age groups. It has been our constant endeavour to use high quality raw materials and accessories in our garments. We ensure that the products we sell and deliver are free from defects.
Ours is a small enterprise and hence not equipped with the logistics to entertain returns and exchanges on a regular basis. At the outset, therefore, we would like to state that we are not in a position to accept returns or exchanges owing to the complexities of the availability of sizes, colours and designs beyond a certain period of time
We have provided a measurement/size chart based on the age group, in the Product page and we request our customers to make sure they choose the right/suitable size. The measurements are approximate and there maybe minor variations based on the designs. Please feel free to ask questions if any, in this regard, by sending a Whatsapp message to 94498-12995. We assure you we will reply as soon as possible. Calls on this number will not be answered.
In the event of a design being out of stock in the size you require, you might be able to place an order, depending on availability of the fabric. You can communicate with us in this regard, through a whatsapp message to 94498-12995, by mentioning the SKU number or attaching a picture of the garment.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we may consider exchange, on the condition that we are informed within 48 hours of receipt of the product by email to baalika55@gmail.com or a whatsapp message to 94498 12995. The product is required to be returned to Baalika in the condition that it was received, within 7 days of the date of purchase. We do not bear the courier charges for return. The products have to be returned with the tags and bills intact.

Our store is open seven days a week, from 10-00 am to 8-30pm.
